heyif you may i have some questions
i've applied for resident permanent in 2009 and i received IN 19/02/2009 a receipt ref ind QA0077579.N DOSSIER QA000042369 
telling that my case is open in that date. in later january 2011 i have receive one more lettre asking for more missing papers in order to keep my case open.the missing papers are the form of finacial autonomy.
please tell me if that an acceptation or not knowing that im from tunisia
