Lost my job

Folks, this past november i lost my job due to corporate restructuring.  Prior to this I had already submitted my spousal sponsorship for my wife and stepson and I had already been approved to be their sponsor.  Does anyone know if this will be a major roadblock in the processing of their application?

	2010 8/27:CPC-M 9/23:Sponsor DM 9/30:DM received 10/6:Manila processing. 10/7:MNL sent AOR PP,NBI etc 11/11:received letter. 11/22:forwarded docs. 2011 4/12:DM 4/14:Visa rec'd 5/24:Arrived

	Thank you for your question! So long as you do not obtain welfare, you're good to go. There is no requirement to have any particular income sponsoring your spouse or their children.
