Hi everybody,
We got a permanent resident cards in June 2008. From personal reasons we have not be able to live in Canada for more than 2 months. I am aware that we will lose permanent residents status if we would not enter Canada very soon. I am wonerding what happens if our stay outside of Canada is for more than three years. Are we allowed to enter Canada with a PRC in the period when PRCs are valid or it is impossible.
I would appreciate any suggestions.

Hi
1. If you enter Canada and have not met your PR residence requirements, there is a good chance that you will be reported on entry and a removal order issued. You will be allowed forward, and will have 30 days in which to submit an Appeal the Immigration Appeal Division, if you don't the removal order becomes effective. |
