Dear All!
I had applied from canadian immigration case under skilled category in March-2000 and finally my case was decieded in Feb-2005 from CHC Islamabad Pakistan.  After successful medical, CHC Islamabad sent a letter, on my contact address, to submitt passports for residence visa stamping in Dec-2005.
Unfortunately during those days I was working in KSA therefore I was unable to receive that letter. CHC-Islamabad tried to contact me but unfortunately I was not able to reach. From this CHC-Islamabad got the impression that i am not intrested in Immigration and they sent me rejection letter.

Later on I contact different lawyers but they informed me that once the case is rejected, it can not be re-instated.

I want to re-instate my case, therefore, please help me in this regard.

As the lawyers told you, you are too late. About 5 years too late.

Immigration applications, cannot, under any circumstances, be "re-instated", once a final decision has been made on them. You have no option but to reapply under the new rules and regulations.

I agree with MajidS....there's no provision in IRPA for re-instating the application after decision has been made.

You can only re-apply. Sorry.
Applied: Mar-09, 1st AOR: Apr-09 , Full App: Aug-09 (ISB), 2nd AOR: Sep-09 (ISB), Updated forms request: Oct-10 (LDN), Interview: Nov-11, Medical: Jun-2012
