Hello everyone... Can anybody give me advice? I came in Canada as a refugee. When I had arrived at Persons airport, immigration officer seized my passport. After my hearing I became a protected person. Now I want to apply for a permanent resident card and I need my passport's copy. How can I get it? What should I do? Please help meeeee
Thank you. |

Nobody here can help you, why don't you speak to your legal counsel or contact immigration?

Your passport is on file with CBSA in the region that you made your refugee claim.
You don't need it to start your application. Since you are a PP/CR CIC will know were your passport is. P.S. CBSA & CIC provide information free of charge Edited by ProudOne - 17 Dec 2010 at 8:49pm |

Emergency passports can be obtained from
regional passport agency. Applications are only established in person.
