Hi every one .. can any one tell me that how can i submit form for my wife as i have applied already and my case is in processing. just i have my file No.  please reply me.

you need to submit following items to add spouse in your case
 

Schedule 1: Background/Declaration FORM
Additional Family Information FORM
Identification Card (True Translation)
Identification Card - Native Language
Birth Certificate
Nikkah Nama (True Translation)
Nikkah Nama - Native Language
Marriage Photographs
Passport Copy
EDUCATION/TRAINING/QUALIFICATIONS Copies
Spouse Application Fee
Four Photos
 
 
check the checklist also

can you please let me know do i to show my Bank Statement when i m flying with my wife and mentioned original docs are needed or photo copies will work

can you please simplify followings:-
1. Background/Declaration FORM ?
2. Additional Family Information FORM..

how can i get these forms and what to fill ? 

i submitted my case 22nd feb 2008 means it comes in rules of before 27 feb 2008. 

please advise.
