To simplify this message.... My mother brought me here under her Native Status Card when i was a child.. Ive grown up here and went to school here with no problems until I was 18... Now I am 22, and still have yet to find an application correct for me. Ive filled and returned applications that Immigration Officers had suggested to me, But it turned out wrong.. And no one is sure what application or route I should take to stay here in this country.. I need some sort of Status here, but am unable to find an application to get a Status here...

Better to get in touch with an immigration law firm.
Or send a letter/email/details to the CIC Minister's Office.

Thank you for the advice, I have recently sent a letter to an Immigration Law Firm and I'm waiting on their reply.. I was hoping by posting my situation here that someone may recognise it, and know what could be done.. I havnt been told to contact the Minister yet; i had to look it up on google.. Are you saying I should contact Jason Kenney?

1. If you are a native registered to a Band in Canada, all you need is your band card which proves your status in Canada.
2. If you are not registered, you should apply for registration.
