Outland Application Sent to Mississauga?

Okay, I think I'm having a brain...you know.

If I am applying outland, am I still sending my application to Mississauga, or am I sending it to Buffalo?

You are sending it to Mississauga where they will look over the sponsor portion of the application.
They will then send the application to Buffalo from Mississauga to the visa office in Buffalo to look over the applicant's portion of the application. From there they will either approve you for PR or not.

By the way, be sure to send it to the appropriate address in Mississauga.
One of the addresses is a PO Box and can only be used for standard mail.
The other is an address that you use if sending your application by courier.

Hi Panda, it's me again. I just read your last answer there & now im panicing. I sent our app. to a p.o. box in mississauga by reg. post. There was not other address on the web in mississauga to send it to & thats the address they gave. Is it the wrong one?? Hope not!!

registered post and courier will not deliver to an P.O Box because the recepient will have to sign for it...
Nyways dont worry if it is not delivered it will come back to u and then u can send it to the address without the P.O box number.

Registered post will deliver to the PO box number and they will sign for it. I sent mine xpress and signed for to the PO box number and there was no problem whatsoever.
