Hello , 

I had forgot to submit my divorce Petition in my paper work to CIC - New Delhi. CIC had asked my wife to submit it asap. Which we submitted with in a week. 

It's been over 2 months since VISA OFFICE  have received the divorce petition. No further action or any updates. 

Wondering, how long the file delays in case like that ? 

Do they start over the case or pick up the file where they left from or future dated?
Please share your experiences.

Please help, much obliged.
