I want to know if I need to notarize my invitation letter to invite my cousin from the Philippines? I can't locate if this is mandatory or not.

Can I not use photo copy of my Passport or Licence to prove that it is me inviting my cousin?

Any help from people who have done the visa invitation letters would be appreciated.

You do not need to have the invitation letter notarized. Submitting an original will your signature and/or those of the individual inviting your cousin.
