Skilled worker question

Hello.  I am a US Citizen looking to move to Canada.  My parents live there and are citizens.  I am married and age 42.  I have a job offer from Canada, as a skilled worker.  However i dont have the 2 years experience in that field.
Would i still qualify as a skilled worker?
