Okay im having a blonde moment here...so my wife is applying to immigrate to be with me in canada. She is mexican but lives/works in the U.S. so when they ask u where will your visa be processed is it where she might have the interview in the united states or do we put the missisuaga office here in canada? If you are filing through the US then that is the embassy you put. Mississauga is a case processing center.

which Visa office in the United states...doesnt it ask for a specific visa office?

You have to read the visa office specific instructions http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/pdf/kits/guides/3910e.pdf In Appendix A it ask you to select a US office if an interview is required. Edited by pmm - 15 Feb 2010 at 11:42pm |
