Hi there, help or information please..june 4,2012: application recieved, July 31,2012: spouse sponsorship approved and forwarded to visa office manila also medical result recieved, November 20, 2012: ECAS says there In-Process.....whats next? How long will it takes to have an update or result. Thanks in advance for the info....

It's a bit like reading a crystal ball, but given manila's processing time I'd expect you'd next hear a request for the passport.

For an application with no issues, you only hear from CIC three times:

- When the sponsor is approved
- When the applicant has been approved and they need the passport it issue the COPR and counterfoil ("visa")
- When you get the passport and other documents back
