Do you have a job offer in Canada? In order to apply now - you either need a job offer in Canada or must be a PhD student.

I dont have a job offer yet and im not a PhD but i talked to some consultant and they told me i can apply for federal skilled worker on january 2013...

The requirements for January 2013 have not been published yet. At this point it is impossible for anyone to say if you will qualify to apply then or not.

Dear Friends pls help

I have send my application to canada dated 2nd of May. But till now I havent received any reply from them. I have also contacted Thomas cook whether the dd is en-cashed and they said the dd is not en-cashed yet.   I am very confused and dont know what to do. if you can help me. I want to know about whom to contact to know about what happened to my papers. Pls do help. Thanks

You have got to wait till new guidelines for FSWP are published by CIC, which is expected by end of this year.

Well, there will be minimum language proficiency requirements as well and you would need to get your educational qualification being assessed by a third party agency in Canda (this will be published in details by CIC)
