I am a Canadian born citizen living in Dublin with my husband and 17mth old twins. We are in the process of trying to immigrate back to Canada through the family class sponsorship. I have a couple of questions that I would love some direction with.
Firstly, I have sent off citizenship applications for the twins already as they would be eligable with having a Canadian born mother. Will I need to add them onto the immigration application aswell? I would have thought no as they will be Canadian citizens but I dont want to discover there is a problem with the forms down the line. My second concern is, as I am sponsoring my husband, and he is the main financial provider, will I still be able to sponsor him? I only work part time as I am the main care giver for our girls. We will have my parents full support (financially ect) on our return. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
