I live in the UK. My ex partner has just agreed to have our non accommyning child have a medical. However, I understand that the doctors will want some passport photo's, Apendix C form and the passport. However, my 4 year old child does not have a passport...Is this a mandatory (can I use something else as evidence) or will I have to obtain a passport for him. Many Thanks :)
